Stovin syrup, a phytopharmaceutical formulation, is recommended for comprehensive management of urolithiasis and urinary tract infections (uti).
Clinical Pharmacology :- Stovin syrup has antilithiatic and lithotriptic ph-renormalizing, diuretic, antimicrobial, anti-adherent, anti-inflammatory, spasmolytic, and antioxidant actions along with bioavailability-enhancing property. The ph-renormalizing action of stovin syrup provides cooling action in the urinary system and relieves burning micturition. Stovin syrup provides antimicrobial action against common urinary pathogens responsible for recurrent uti. The anti-inflammatory actions of stovin syrup helps to reduce inflammatory changes in the mucosa of the urinary tract, as seen commonly in uti. The antipasmodic and anti-inflammatory actions of stovin syrup provide relief from associated symptoms of urolithiasis and uti such as dysuria ureteric spasms. The antioxidant action of stovin syrup prevents free radical damage to the urinary tract.
Indication :-
Dosage :- 20 ml twice or thrice daily with 200ml water after meals.
Adverse Effects :- No adverse effects have been reported.
Contraindications :- No known contraindications..
